Shipping policy

Shipping:

We package items carefully with plastic-free materials. All packages will be checked for durability and damage prior to shipping.

We will package items within 1-2 days and ship via USPS for all US orders and DHL for orders to Canada. We currently do not ship worldwide. We apologize for any inconvenience. A tracking number will be provided upon shipping. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, lost or stolen items, or customs fees.

Local Pickup:

You may pickup your online order at the West Grove Soaps residence in Clarks Summit, PA to avoid shipping fees. Please place your online order as normal using coupon code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. Upon order receipt, we will contact you to schedule a time for pickup.
