Do you use Lye in your soap?
Yes. We use the long-standing Cold Process soap method which means we blend lye, or sodium hydroxide, with our natural butters and oils, to create your soap! Lye is what makes soap soap. When lye is emulsified with the fatty acids in butters and oils, it goes through a 24-48 hour saponification process where the lye compound binds with the fatty acids and converts to salts and crystalizes to form soap! Lye goes in, but does not come out in the final product!
Do you use any sulphates?
No. Our soaps and creams do not contain sulfates.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we only do US shipping. We apologize for any inconveniences. If you have questions regarding this, please email us at westgrovesops@gmail.com
What is the return policy?
Given the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours from when you place the order and we will refund you the full amount.
Are Your Products Vegan?
Currently, yes. We do not use any animal products in our soap and creams formulations. All of our body products and bath accessories are plant-based.
Please note, we are working on lip balm and hair wax formulations that will contain beeswax.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Typically orders are ready for shipping within 1-3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured, or handcrafted as we like to say, in our in-home workshop! Located in Clarks Summit, PA. We practice Good Manufacturing Practices while crafting your products.
Do you use all-natural ingredients?
Yes. Our finished goods contain all natural ingredients. Just nourishing oils and butters!
